Fully equipped with A/V facilities and screen, accommodating up to

70 people theatre-style, and up to 30 people boardroom-style.

Rate: £75 half day, £125 full day, £25 hourly - 2 hour minimum

booking (+VAT).


Meeting Rooms:

Two flexible meeting rooms* accommodating between 2-6 people


Rate: £30 half day, £55 full day, £12 hourly rate (+VAT).


Hot-desk* space available for only £12.50 per session (inc. VAT).


Address packages are available. These include a secure post box and exclusive use of The MintWorks address and facilities such as the meeting rooms and hot-desks, from £50 per month (+VAT).


Facilities include:

- Access to superfast wireless broadband;

- Communal kitchen facilities, with refreshments for all room bookings;

- Disabled parking and wheelchair-friendly access to ground floor.
